These are big-picture home care tasks, and unless you have a special reason, cleaning yearly would be fine.
Deep clean carpets or rugs
Clean windows inside and outside if possible
Review renter’s insurance or homeowner’s insurance
Check fire extinguishers
Clean gutters, if responsible for them
Review maintenance needs
Declutter storage areas
Donate or discard unused items
Check weather stripping around doors and windows
