Most of us learned just enough about computers in school to write a report in Microsoft Word, use spell-check, and perhaps add or delete a column in Excel. Then we entered the working world and were suddenly expected to format professional documents, manage spreadsheets, create presentations, convert files, use keyboard shortcuts, and somehow know why our arrows stopped working.

Never mind switching between Windows and Mac.
